Application: SMMC Slideshow Poster

These terms govern use of the SMMC Slideshow Poster application ("the App"), a private tool used by its operator to prepare slideshow drafts for TikTok accounts they own or manage.
The App uploads operator-approved slideshow content to a connected TikTok account's inbox as a draft, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. A human reviews and posts the draft in TikTok; the App never publishes automatically.
The App may only be used by its operator, for TikTok accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Each account is connected explicitly through TikTok's OAuth consent screen. The operator is responsible for holding the necessary rights to any images and content they upload.
All content posted through the App must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and TikTok's Terms of Service. The operator is solely responsible for the content they choose to upload.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party services (TikTok's API and a cloud storage provider) whose availability is outside the operator's control.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the App is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or from third-party service outages.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
